Follow Me is a special call routing feature that allows you to designate one phone number for all your calls to be directed to. Most companies allow you to set this number "on the fly" via a telephone or over the web.
This is a great feature if you happen to be in a location where you can't get cell reception. When you set a follow me number it usually will override your other call routing settings.
This feature can also be called Ring To. Allowing you to designate which number you would like your calls to "ring to"
Not to be confused with...
Follow me is often confused with Find Me mostly because of the similar names. Depending on the company the terms can be used interchangeably; however, find me usually refers to something completely different. Find me typically is a call routing feature that will ring your pre-designated phone numbers in succession or all at once.
