TollFreeExpress.com Offers the cheapest monthly plan that I've seen so far - $4.95!  Granted, you don’t receive the full features, but for those that just need the nitty gritty, this could be the plan for you.  They also offer robust call center features for those in need of a support center solution.

Be aware that their website is rated by Alexa.com as “Very Slow” and it is an accurate assessment.  When evaluating their site for features we were frequently surprised that some pages would take over a minute to load or sometimes would time-out altogether.  However, do not despair, they have a quality product that is a reliable option for your personal or business use.

Pros

• Cheapest monthly rate for an individual plan
• Reasonably priced
• $25 Vanity price is one of the lowest around.
• Good plan for call centers and those that need supervisor control

Cons

• $10 setup fee
• No included minutes in the monthly fee
• Standard hold music isn't included in the plan

Things to be aware of:

• Not all features are available to every plan.
• If you happen to call TollFreeExpress, you'll notice that it sounds identical to TollFreeMax.  In fact it is!  TollFreeMax and TollFreeExpress have both hired Toll-Free Services to answer their phones.  However, both companies are different entities.

Special Features:

• Fax Broadcast - no need to stand at the fax all day.  Just click and send it out to all of your customers.  TollFreeExpress will take care of the rest
• Call Back - The toll free version of call ahead seating.  Don't want to wait in line to have your call answered?  Then TollFreeExpress is for you.  They have a feature that will call you back when the next available agent is ready.
• Call Length Limit - Want to limit the amount of time someone can talk?  TollFreeExpress allows you to set a limit on an agent level and caller level.
