RingCentral
$
RingCentral
is one of my favorites, so much so that
they are my personal choice of carriers
for
CollegeHelpers.com.
They offer a ton of features at a
reasonable prince with downloadable
utilities that make their product
top-notch!
RingCentral doesn't mess
around when it comes to
faxing. Their
integrated utility makes
it a snap to fax any
document on your
computer right over the
internet.
Their included minutes
are priced very well and
they only charge for 1
leg!!!!
Davinci
Virtual is not just your typical virtual pbx system, it's much, much
more. Yes, they do have a great auto attendant service, but when it comes
to Virtual, they've got you covered!
Davinci provides:
Live Receptionists
Virtual Office Space
If you're considering a
virtual pbx system for
your small or home
business, you definitely
need to check out
Davinci Virtual.
They take your virtual
system to the next
level!
GotVMail
has made some major changes recently and
offer great service. When you call
the sales staff or for service you
actually can get in touch with someone
and the staff is trained very well.
I'm very impressed with them and highly
recommend GotVMail to anyone considering
them
Take
a serious look at 800PBX! If you're looking for a good deal and a ton of
features 800PBX might be for you. I have to say that I think that they
include more features in their plans, at no additional cost, than any other
company I have found so far.

Get
ready for the Grand-Daddy of them all -
VirtualPBX.com! Believed to be the
first of the hosted PBX companies,
VirtualPBX knows how to to do Virtual
PBX right - they even have the trademark
on the phrase "Virtual PBX".
In a word, they are
RELIABLE. So
reliable that companies
contract with them for a
seamless backup option
for when their on-site
PBX system fails.
It begs the question why
you wouldn't go with
them in the first place
and forego the expense
of a true PBX system.
onebox is a
great plan. They have
all the features of a
great virtual pbx system
with a good price and
they've even thrown in a
little twist - they only
bill for your actual
talk-time!
Onebox now
provides a Live Receptionist plan so you
definitely want to consider them for
your small business/home office
operation.
TollFreeExpress.com
Offers the cheapest monthly plan that
I've seen so far - $4.95! Granted, you
don’t receive the full features, but for
those that just need the nitty gritty,
this could be the plan for you. They
also offer robust call center features
for those in need of a support center
solution.
TollFreeMax
plans are solid, offering useful
features and included minutes at
reasonable prices. TollFreeMax
seemed to offer fewer features in
comparison to their competitors so we
called their sales department and found
out that they did offer more of the
standard features than they list on
their website: Call Transfers, Schedule
Enabled, group voice messaging, Number
Transfer, True 800 are all part of their
features.
GET1800.com is a very
inexpensive, no frills
800 service. They
are perfect for anyone
looking for a toll-free
number that will forward
calls to any number you
choose.
Simply set the number
you want calls routed to
and your done!
Simple and affordable.
Is800.com
markets themselves as an international
toll-free service, able to forward calls
to any number in the world. This is a
bare-bones service – no frills or
features (other than follow-me). Users
have a monthly minimum of $5 usage. If
you don't use at least $5 worth of calls
you will be billed the difference.
