GotVMail was my first toll-free plan and it served me well.  I have since switched to RingCentral and have been very pleased with the decision.  You can find out more about RingCentral here.

GotVMail offers some great features (some of which you may have to pay extra for) and provides quality service.  GotVMail was created by a Babson College alum and having worked at Babson College for over 8 years I felt it was a great fit for me and my company CollegeHelpers.com.

GotVMail is hindered in that they do not provide any toll-free minutes with their calling plans, but they do have prepaid minutes you can purchase to reduce the cost.  The trick is to purchase a plan that will be close to your calling patterns because your minutes will not roll over from month to month.  They are also hindered in comparison to their competitors in the fact that they charge for features that are often included with competitor packages.  Their setup fee is also expensive in comparison to other companies who don't typically charge to create an account.

GotVMail has 3 plans to keep it simple

Pros

• VirturalOne Premier offers the most included features for the most reasonable price.  This package also includes local phone number minutes.  PLEASE NOTE - These minutes aren't used for toll-free calls.
• Unlimited voicemail storage.
• GotVMail has a powerful – find-me-follow-me system that allows you to program different ring-to numbers based on the time of day and extension.

Cons

• $25 activation fee! 
• No included minutes except for the highest plan and then those are for your local minutes only.

Things to be aware of:

• GotVMail has removed double leg billing for calls!!
• While there aren't any toll-free minutes provided with the monthly service fee, the VirtualOne Premier Local does include 1,000 local minutes with the plan

Special Features:

• Many features available if you need them, but you may have to pay additional.
